Event Refunds

Refunds will only be processed if a participant is not selected by INDstar®’s official selection team. The selection process is conducted internally and is final. No other conditions will warrant a refund of the booking amount, including dissatisfaction with the selection decision or withdrawal from participation for personal reasons. Participants and their parents/guardians should be aware that certain items and services are non-refundable. This policy may be updated or revised at INDstar®’s discretion without prior notice.

Registration Cancellation

Once registration has been completed and the booking amount has been paid, cancellations will not be entertained under any circumstances. This is because, upon registration, INDstar® initiates several processes, including the release of costume measurements for the participant’s designer outfits, securing advance bookings for professional services such as photography, makeup, studio slots, and merchandise. Furthermore, various financial obligations, such as taxes and service charges, are immediately processed. As a result, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after registration.

Emergency Refunds

In extraordinary cases, such as medical emergencies, participants may submit documentation (e.g., medical reports) for consideration. If INDstar® determines that the case is genuine, a partial refund may be granted after deducting service charges, taxes, and other related costs. The refund will be processed within 45 days of approval. Please note that the decision to grant an emergency refund is at the sole discretion of INDstar®.

Refund Policy Changes

INDstar® reserves the right to modify or update its refund policy at any time without notice. All participants and their parents/guardians are encouraged to review the most current version of the refund policy before completing their registration.
